On September 10, Mr. Nguyen Sy Dong - Director of Quang Binh Bus Station Service and Management Center said that the unit has connected with transport units, bus companies... to provide free transportation of essential goods sent by relatives and benefactors from Quang Binh province to 4 northern localities affected by storms and floods.
The 4 provinces and bus stations supported by the center are: Quang Ninh (Dong Hoi route - Mong Cai city bus station); Hai Phong (Dong Hoi - Hai Phong route: Thuong Ly bus station); Thai Nguyen (Dong Hoi - Thai Nguyen route: Thai Nguyen city bus station); Bac Giang (Dong Hoi - Bac Giang route: Luc Ngan bus station).
“For volunteers who want to go to support the above localities, we will support round-trip bus tickets for 50 volunteers,” said Mr. Dong.
In Dong Hoi City, nearly 10 officers and employees have just left to help overcome the consequences of storm No. 3 in Hanoi and Hai Phong.
These people are officers and employees of Dong Hoi City Green Park Center, with good health and expertise; the means of transport include: 1 5-ton crane, a number of specialized equipment, such as: hand saws, saws, fuel... and enough materials and funds to support damaged localities for 10 days.
Previously, as reported by Lao Dong Newspaper , an adventure tourism company specializing in cave exploration in Quang Binh province called on 35 people, who are employees of the unit, to go to Hai Phong city to help local people overcome the consequences of storm No. 3.
