According to Dong Tien Commune Police, on September 28, Mr. Phan Van Quyet (born in 1983); Mr. Phan Van Doan (born in 1985); Mr. Phan Van Tro (born in 1964) and Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hai (born in 2016), both residing in Tan Van village, Dong Tien commune, picked up a ball bag that had fallen along the road.
Through inspection, the ball bag was found to contain clothes and many different deposits of currency, with a total amount of 110 million VND.
Immediately afterwards, the above-mentioned people reported to Dong Tien Commune Police to ask them to find the person who dropped it to return it.
After conducting a quick verification, the police determined that the above assets belonged to Ms. Tran Thi Duong (born in 1982, residing in Dong Thanh residential group, Tran Phu ward, Ha Tinh province) who fell on the way home to avoid the storm.
After that, Dong Tien Commune Police contacted and witnessed 4 men returning the money they had picked up to Ms. Duong.
