    Ha Tinh - On the evening of September 28, a section of a sea dike in Thien Cam commune was eroded, and local authorities mobilized hundreds of people to urgently reinforce it.

    According to the leader of Thien Cam commune, the strong waves of the sea broke many concrete slabs on the slope of Cua Nhuong sea dike with an area of about 50m2.

    Immediately afterwards, the authorities mobilized forces to urgently transport boulders and reinforced steel nets.

    According to the report of the Ha Tinh Irrigation Department, due to the impact of storm No. 10, there was heavy rain in the area. In Hong Loc commune, 19 households were flooded; Thuong Duc commune had 12 households cut off due to flooding the road to Lien Hoa village.

    Dan Hai commune has 2 high-voltage power poles, 3 houses and 1 school with a roof (Dan Truong Primary School). In Dong Kinh commune, 3 households had their roofs blown off.

    The whole province has evacuated 8,908 households/18,394 people. In which, coastal areas: 5,887 households/12,560 people; Mountainous areas 1,436 households/2,800 people; Remaining areas: 1,585 households/2,923 people
