Ha Tinh Power Company said that as of 9:30 p.m. on September 28, due to the impact of storm No. 10, the whole province had 347,679 customers without power, accounting for 70% of the total number of customers.
There were 42 communes/wards without power, many localities had no power in administrative centers.
