On September 21, news from Nha Trang Ward Police said that after receiving a backpack from a resident, the unit conducted inspection and verification of relevant information to find the owner.
On September 17, Mr. Tran Thanh Tuan (residing in Nha Trang ward), came to the headquarters of the Order Police Team under Nha Trang Ward Police to report and hand over a backpack picked up on the roadside.
Inside the backpack were 13 bank and hotel cards; 3 foreign passports, 1 vehicle permit and some other papers.
Immediately after receiving the property, Nha Trang Ward Police proceeded to inspect and verify relevant information to find the owner.
After that, the Ward Police force identified the owner and contacted the person who lost the property to get it back.
The receipt, verification and return of property are carried out in a short time, helping the lost person quickly receive back their papers and property.
Mr. Tran Thanh Tuan's actions were recorded when he proactively went to the police agency to report and hand over the collected property to find the person who lost it. This action shows a sense of responsibility, honesty and spirit for the community.
