On April 24, Tan Phuoc Tay Commune Police, Tan Tru District, Long An Province returned more than 7.5 million VND to Ms. Ho Thi Ngoc Chau (31 years old, residing in Hamlet 6, Tan Phuoc Tay Commune) after verifying that she was the one who dropped the above amount.
Previously, at around 9:30 a.m. on April 23, at grocery store 5 Chieu (Hamlet 6, Tan Phuoc Tay Commune), Mr. Ta Minh Loc (23 years old, the owner's nephew) discovered a package worth VND 7,529,000 while cleaning. The amount of money was covered in a bank transaction certificate with the name "Ho Thi Ngoc Chau".
Immediately after the discovery, Mr. Loc reported the incident to the Tan Phuoc Tay Commune Police and handed over the entire amount to the authorities for verification and return to the person who dropped it.
After receiving the information, Tan Phuoc Tay Commune Police quickly verified and found that the person who dropped the above property was Ms. Ho Thi Ngoc Chau.
After receiving the property back, Ms. Chau could not hide her emotions, sent her deep thanks to the Tan Phuoc Tay Commune Police and expressed her gratitude for Mr. Ta Minh Loc's noble actions.
