Information from the Traffic Police Department (CSGT) - Hanoi City Police, Road Traffic Police Team No. 14 has just completed procedures to hand over lost property to the people.
Previously, at around 8:15 a.m. on April 21, while performing the task of traffic diversion and congestion prevention at the Nguyen Huu Tho - Giai Phong intersection, the working group led by Captain Le Xuan Linh - an officer of Road Traffic Police Team No. 14 discovered a brown wallet in the middle of the train track.
Realizing that this was an property that was unfortunately dropped by a local resident, the working group quickly approached, brought the wallet to a safe area and reported it to the unit's Command Committee.
Through inspection, inside the wallet were 2 gold metal necklaces, nearly 20 million VND in cash, a vehicle registration certificate and a citizen identification card under the name Pham Thanh H (born at 1958, hometown in Vu Thu district, Thai Binh province).
Using professional measures, Captain Linh verified and contacted the owner of the wallet, inviting him to the police station to work.

Receiving the property, Mr. Pham Manh H said that on the morning of April 21, on his way to work, he dropped a wallet, containing a 9999 gold necklace (5 taels) and more than 16 million VND in cash. He almost did not believe that the assets would be found again.
"Receiving the phone call from the traffic police, I almost could not believe my ears, I immediately stopped working," Mr. H shared.
In response to the work of the traffic police officers, Mr. H sent a letter of thanks, expressing his emotion and appreciation for the sense of responsibility of the Hanoi traffic police officers.
