The Miss World Vietnam 2025 contest officially enters phase two with many notable adjustments in the schedule. The organizers said that the change is to ensure professional quality, and at the same time create more opportunities for contestants to express themselves before the Final night.
Accordingly, from the beginning of March, the contestants met and gathered in Ho Chi Minh City to start the acceleration stage. Previously, in the first phase taking place in December 2025, the top 50 debuted to the media and participated in training and practice sessions with the Professional Board. The beauties also had the opportunity to perform at the Vietnam Beauty Fashion Fest "Season of Joy" event held in Vung Tau.
One of the notable new points is that the organizers decided to add the Final night on March 25. On this night, the contestants will enter the Sea Beauty competition combined with the "Dance Of Vietnam" performance program, where young designers introduce collections imbued with Vietnamese cultural identity. This is considered an important evaluation round before the Final expected to take place on March 29, 2026. The new Miss will represent Vietnam to participate in the 74th Miss World.
After the crown announcement press conference on March 10, contestants will successively participate in a series of sub-competitions including Miss Courage (Head To Head Challenge), Miss Talent, Miss Sports, Miss Compassion and Miss Sea. These activities play an important role in selecting outstanding faces to enter the next round.
However, right before entering the second phase, two contestants Le Ha Trang and Huynh Bich Thoai asked to withdraw for personal reasons. Le Ha Trang (born in 2000, Thanh Hoa) impressed with her outstanding academic background when graduating with honors from the National Economics University and University of London, currently a lecturer at the Academy of Policy and Development. Meanwhile, Huynh Bich Thoai (born in 2005, Vinh Long) is the 2nd runner-up of Miss & Mister Van Lang University 2025, with a height of 1.73m and once in the Top 5 Fashion Beauty of the contest. The organizers said they respect the decision of the two contestants and send best wishes to the girls on the upcoming journey.
After adjustment, the Miss World Vietnam 2025 journey continues with 48 contestants. According to the announced format, the winners of the sub-competitions such as Beauty of Courage, Beauty of Communication, Beauty of Talent, Beauty of Sports, Beauty of Sea, Beauty of Fashion... will be specially admitted directly to the Top 20. The Beauty of Compassion and Most Favorite Beauty awards will win the right to advance directly to the Top 6 overall.
