Lam Dong - The Commune Police have just coordinated with the bank to verify and return the money that the person who previously withdrew the money had forgotten to take at the ATM.

On December 24, Phan Ba Cua Commune Police (Lam Dong Province) said that the unit had just supported verification to return 5 million VND to people who left it at the ATM in the area.

Before that, Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong (residing in Phan Ri Cua commune) came to withdraw money at the ATM of Agribank. When making the transaction, she discovered that there were still 5 million VND in the tray that the previous withdrawer had forgotten to take.

Immediately afterwards, Ms. Huong brought the above amount to Phan Ri Cua Commune Police to report, requesting the authorities to support finding the owner to return it.

Upon receiving the information, Phan Ri Cua Commune Police coordinated with the bank to extract transaction data and surveillance camera images at the ATM post.

Through verification, the authorities identified the owner of the money as Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Huynh (residing in Bac Binh commune).

Witnessed by Phan Ri Cua Commune Police, the amount of 5 million VND was returned to the person who took it to forget.

The act of picking up lost property and returning it shows honest moral qualities and spreads positive values in the community.

The quick and responsible intervention of Phan Ba Cua Commune Police also helped people receive their assets back, strengthening people's trust in the police force serving the people.
