Accordingly, the Ward Police force arrived at the scene immediately after receiving information about the incident, requesting the driver to leave the position for other vehicles to pass.
When Tran Phu Ward Police came to remind and request the driver to move to another place for other vehicles to pass, the car owner even spoke with a challenging tone, saying that being fined 100 million VND is also okay.
According to Mr. P.A. T (born 1997, from Ha Tinh province), at about 10:20 am on February 18 (the 2nd day of Tet), he and his relatives went into alley 71 Quang Linh street, Tran Phu ward to wish Tet and encountered a car with license plate 38A-612. 07 parked in front blocking the entire way.
The car owner did not drive away but even challenged and drove another car to block from behind.
My car was stuck for more than 3 hours, luckily the leaders of Tran Phu Ward Police came to handle it, I was able to get out of the above area," Mr. T shared.
Also according to Mr. T, Tran Phu Ward Police said that after the Tet holiday, they will invite him to report to handle the case according to the provisions of law.
The case is currently being handled by Tran Phu Ward Police.
As Lao Dong Newspaper reported, on February 18, the social network Facebook spread a video with the content of a man parking a car with license plate 38A-612. 07 blocking the entire walkway.
When another car entered and could not pass, requesting the car owner to drive away, the car owner challenged and drove another car with license plate 38A-258.63 to block it from behind.
The unconsciously parked man obstructing traffic also said that he has 5-6 cars in his house and likes to park until evening, until tomorrow, anyone who wants to pass by should lift their car to avoid it and go.
A moment later, when the ward police came to handle it, this man drove away, ensuring the passage of other vehicles.
