At about 0:23 on January 25, people discovered a group of people and motorbikes lying scattered in the middle of the road. When functional forces arrived, they determined that 3 victims had died on the spot, and 2 others were seriously injured and taken to the emergency room.
According to initial information, Mr. P.A.C - a taxi driver - was the first person to arrive at the scene, assisted in calling 113 police and ambulances, and proactively reported the incident to the police agency when he saw some subjects leaving the scene.
Through investigation, the police identified 17 related subjects, mainly teenagers aged 14-19, who set up the Messenger "Going Storm" group to invite each other to participate in high-speed racing, swerving, and swerving late at night.
