On March 21, the Traffic Police Department of Gia Lai Provincial Police said that it had handled violations against Tuan Anh passenger car running the Quy Nhon - Pleiku route, with a total fine of 67.5 million VND.
According to initial information, at about 4:20 pm on March 12, on National Highway 19, passing through An Nhon Nam ward, traffic police forces inspected Tuan Anh passenger car with license plate 49H-060. 76 driven by driver Do Ngoc T. (residing in Pleiku ward).
Through inspection, functional forces discovered that drivers operating passenger transport business vehicles using paper contracts, without a list of passengers attached; without a certificate of technical safety and environmental protection inspection; passenger cars but without badges as prescribed.
For the above violations, driver Do Ngoc T. was fined 12.5 million VND. The vehicle owner, Tuan Anh Gia Lai - Quy Nhon Co., Ltd. (Hoi Phu ward) was fined 55 million VND. In addition, the violating vehicle was temporarily detained for 7 days.
Previously, on the afternoon of February 26, Road Traffic Police Team No. 3 under the Traffic Police Department of Gia Lai Provincial Police also inspected this passenger car while it was traveling on National Highway 19.
Through inspection, functional forces made a record for the vehicle owner, Tuan Anh Gia Lai - Quy Nhon Co., Ltd., for the act of using a passenger transport business vehicle under a contract, but the vehicle did not have a transport contract and a passenger list attached.
Functional agencies have revoked the vehicle badge for a period of 2 months, temporarily seized the driver's inspection certificate and driver's license. However, despite being revoked the badge, this vehicle continued to operate.
