Previously, through information from the public and a video clip recorded, functional forces discovered a young man lying on the saddle of a motorbike, driving an electric motorbike with license plate 37MD1-969. xx traveling in the inter-zone road area, Yen Tu ward.
Through verification, the violator is B.T. P (born in 2009, residing in Yen Tu ward), currently a student.
Based on the nature and severity of the violation, the police agency made a record of handling and confiscated the vehicle according to regulations.
Representatives of Road Traffic Police Team No. 1 said that from the beginning of 2026 to now, the unit has handled administrative violations and confiscated 6 motorbikes related to violations of traffic safety and order, mainly among teenagers.
According to regulations, the acts that may be confiscated include: letting go of both hands when driving; using feet to control; sitting on one side; lying on the saddle; changing the driver when the vehicle is running; turning back or blindfolding while driving.
