This affects the professional operations and prestige of the Police force, and at the same time increases the risk of personal information insecurity for citizens when providing electronic identification accounts on the VNeID application and passwords to "bait" subjects.
The Traffic Police Department recommends and requests people to raise their awareness of self-reliance in managing and using electronic identification accounts; absolutely do not provide accounts and passwords to other individuals and organizations to avoid the risk of leaking important personal information.
In case citizens need information to submit dossiers on the public service portal, people should go to the nearest commune-level police station to be guided on implementation, ensuring compliance with legal procedures and not assisting the phenomenon of "service brokers" developing.
When detecting subjects with suspicious signs of "broker" service activities in the vicinity of citizen reception points, it is necessary to promptly report to the Traffic Police Department or the nearest Police force for handling according to regulations.
