    Hanoi - After completing tunnel excavation, TBM machine No. 2 of the Nhon - Hanoi station metro line was dismantled under station S12 with high technical requirements.

    Theo MRB, trong đêm 29.5 và rạng sáng 30.5, các kỹ sư, chuyên gia cùng lực lượng thi công đã tiến hành tháo dỡ những cấu kiện đầu tiên của TBM2 ở độ sâu hàng chục mét dưới lòng đất.

    So với việc tháo dỡ máy TBM số 1 trước đó, quá trình xử lý TBM2 được đánh giá phức tạp hơn. Nguyên nhân là thân máy không nằm ngay dưới vị trí lỗ mở của ga S12. Vì vậy, các kỹ sư phải tháo tách từng bộ phận, đồng thời thực hiện việc dịch chuyển ngang phần thân chính nặng khoảng 500 tấn dưới đáy nhà ga trước khi đưa đến vị trí phù hợp để cẩu lên mặt đất.
    Compared to dismantling machine TBM No. 1 before, the process of handling TBM2 is considered more complicated. The reason is that the body is not located right below the opening of station S12. Therefore, engineers must dismantle each part, and at the same time carry out the horizontal movement of the main body weighing about 500 tons at the bottom of the station before bringing it to a suitable location to be lifted to the ground.     MRB cho hay, trước khi tháo dỡ mỗi cấu kiện lớn, nhà thầu chuyên trách đều phải xây dựng phương án thi công chi tiết. Các biện pháp này được nhà thầu chính, tư vấn giám sát cùng các bộ phận kỹ thuật và an toàn của dự án thẩm tra kỹ lưỡng trước khi phê duyệt triển khai.
    MRB said that before dismantling each large component, the specialized contractor must develop a detailed construction plan.     Theo MRB, sau khi được đưa lên mặt đất, các cấu kiện của máy TBM sẽ được vận chuyển bằng phương tiện chuyên dụng đến khu vực tập kết ở ngoại thành để bảo dưỡng, kiểm tra và đánh giá kỹ thuật. Quá trình vận chuyển được thực hiện theo lộ trình được cơ quan chức năng cấp phép, chủ yếu vào ban đêm và có phương tiện dẫn đường nhằm bảo đảm an toàn giao thông cũng như hạn chế ảnh hưởng đến hạ tầng đô thị.
    After being brought to the ground, the components of the TBM machine will be transported by specialized vehicles to the gathering area in the suburbs for maintenance, inspection and technical evaluation. The transportation process is carried out according to a route licensed by functional agencies, mainly at night and with a guide vehicle to ensure traffic safety as well as limit impact on urban infrastructure.     MRB also informed that currently, the construction volume of the underground section of the Nhon - Hanoi Metro line has reached about 79.3%.

    In the coming time, MRB will continue to coordinate with relevant units to urge contractors to ensure progress, project quality, labor safety and environmental sanitation, while minimizing the impact on people's lives in the project area.
