    Hanoi - From May 26, the Traffic Police Department (CSGT) - Hanoi City Police began deploying more than 20 penalty points on inner-city roads.

Specialized working groups led by union members coordinate with local forces to patrol and record violations at key routes and intersections, especially during rush hour.
