The North-South high-speed railway project through Hue City is about 95.05 km long, affecting about 1,255.27 hectares of land, 8,558 households, of which 1,600 households must be resettled and about 10,572 tombs need to be relocated.
To serve site clearance, Hue City plans to build 23 resettlement areas and 4 cemetery areas, with a total cost of about 1,389 billion VND.
