Linking emulation with production, clear efficiency
In industrial parks with many workers such as: Tam Diep, Gian Khau, Khanh Phu, Dong Van, Bao Minh... the emulation movement "Good labor, creative labor" has become a continuous activity. Workers not only complete production tasks but also proactively propose initiatives, technical improvements, and rationalization of production, making billions of VND in profit for businesses.
Reality shows that thousands of initiatives have been applied to production, bringing clear socio-economic efficiency. Many individuals have been honored at the provincial and central levels, including workers who are directly involved in production.
In some garment, footwear, and mechanical enterprises, small initiatives such as improving operations, reducing stage time, or saving materials have helped increase productivity from 5-10%, while significantly reducing costs. More importantly, the movement has created a proactive and creative mindset in each worker, instead of passive working psychology.
Emulation movements are not only limited to production lines but also spread to the spiritual life of workers. Cultural and sports activities, skills competitions, post-work hours exchanges... are organized regularly, attracting a large number of union members and workers to participate.
In parallel, the movements "Green - Clean - Beautiful, ensuring labor safety and hygiene" are also being strongly implemented at factories and production workshops. Many businesses invest in improving working conditions, installing safety systems, treating the environment, planting trees... Through this, not only reduce labor risks but also improve the quality of the working environment.
Replicating advanced examples, creating spillover effects
A noteworthy point in emulation movements is that the work of discovering and replicating advanced examples is given more attention than before. Typical workers, effective initiatives, and good models are promptly commended, creating a spreading effect throughout the system.
Many programs of meetings and honoring typical workers are organized, contributing to affirming the position of workers in socio-economic development. "Putting workers in the center of emulation movements" not only has spiritual significance but also directly impacts the working motivation of workers.
Movements such as "Good at state affairs, good at housework", "Skillful in mass mobilization", or studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style continue to be integrated, helping the emulation movement to be comprehensive, not only economically but also culturally and socially.
Mr. Nguyen Hai Long - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Ninh Binh Provincial Labor Federation shared that 2026 is identified as a pivotal year, opening the way for the implementation of new resolutions of the Party and Trade Unions. In that context, emulation movements in Ninh Binh are oriented towards practicality, efficiency, closely linked to digital transformation, technology innovation and improving labor productivity.
In which, the focus is on launching emulation according to each industry, each enterprise, with specific and easy-to-assess criteria. At the same time, strengthen training of trade union officials, improve emulation organization capacity, and ensure that the movement becomes substantive. Each unit must build at least one model or advanced example, considering this as the "nucleus" to spread the movement.
