According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting from 7am to 9am on September 29, Ha Giang province will have moderate to heavy rain, such as: Tan Lap 156.6mm, Dong Tam 58mm.

Soil moisture models show that some areas are near saturation or have reached saturation.

In the next 6 hours, there is a risk of flash floods on small rivers and streams, landslides on steep slopes in the districts of Bac Quang, Hoang Su Phi, Quang Binh, and Vi Xuyen.
