Revealing the perspective of Can Tho art flower street Tet 2025

According to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Can Tho City, on the occasion of the Lunar New Year, Can Tho will implement an art flower street "Celebrating the glorious Party - Celebrating the spring of At Ty year 2025", creating a destination and cultural space for people and tourists to have fun and enjoy.

Duong hoa nghe thuat nam 2025 co chu de “Hoi tu va phat trien”, duoc thuc hien tai tuyen duong Vo Van Tan – Nguyen Thai Hoc (quan Ninh Kieu), kinh phi khoang 5,5 ti dong tu nguon van dong tai tro.

The 2025 Art Flower Street has the theme “Convergence and Development”, and will be held on Vo Van Tan – Nguyen Thai Hoc Street (Ninh Kieu District); it is expected to open on January 27 and run until February 3 (from December 28 to the 6th day of Tet).

The art flower street cost about 5.5 billion VND from sponsorship. The scale of the flower street is about 310m, divided into 3 sections. The main gate faces Hoa Binh street, the side gate faces Phan Dinh Phung street (Ninh Kieu district).

The main gate area is designed with a stylized round arch, in the middle of the model above is the Can Tho logo and the words "Can Tho Flower Street 2025", surrounded by brilliant apricot and peach blossom decorations.

Section 1 includes models of spring apricot gardens, lotus pedestals, Vietnam map, sunflower pedestals associated with welcoming the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025 - 2030 term and welcoming the 50th Anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025).

Section 3 includes a stylized model of Can Tho City's tourism logo, a stage for performing arts, a model of a floating market on the river, an orchard, boats filled with fruits, a model of a flower river, and tourism promotion booths.

The side gate area includes a stylized swallow model with wings, the Can Tho logo in the middle and the words “Can Tho Flower Street 2025”, a tray of five fruits and colorful flower models. In addition, the pillars on both sides are decorated with models, creating a final highlight for the flower street.

In the years from 2022 to 2024, due to financial difficulties, the city did not make an art flower street, instead only decorated the Spring flower garden and the art flower garden on a moderate scale to serve visitors.

Trao doi voi Lao Dong, ong Nguyen Minh Tuan – Giam doc So Van hoa, The thao va Du lich TP Can Tho – cho hay, dip Tet Nguyen dan nam 2025, thanh pho to chuc nhieu hoat dong mung Dang, mung Xuan; trong do, tap trung vao hoat dong diem nhan la duong hoa nghe thuat. Thanh pho ky vong khach du lich se ve voi Can Tho nhieu hon, nguoi dan duoc vui choi, thuong thuc cac hoat dong van hoa, van nghe trong dip Tet den Xuan ve.

Speaking with Lao Dong, Mr. Nguyen Minh Tuan - Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Can Tho City - said that on the occasion of Lunar New Year 2025, the city will organize many activities to celebrate the Party and celebrate Spring; in which, focusing on the highlight activity is the art flower street. The city hopes that more tourists will come to Can Tho, and people will have fun and enjoy cultural and artistic activities during the New Year.
