Tràng Tiền là một trong những tuyến phố chính nằm ở trung tâm hành chính Hà Nội, kéo dài từ ngã ba Trần Quang Khải - Trần Khánh Dư và kết thúc tại vị trí ngã tư Hàng Bài – Đinh Tiên Hoàng với chiều dài khoảng 700 m.

Theo báo cáo Main Streets Across the World 2025 do Cushman & Wakefield công bố, xét riêng khu vực châu Á - Thái Bình Dương (APAC), Phố Tràng Tiền (Hà Nội) ở vị trí thứ 18, với giá thuê bình quân khoảng 3.360 USD/m2/năm (tương đương hơn 88,1 triệu đồng/m2/năm). Mức này giảm khoảng 7% so với cùng kỳ 2024.

According to the Main Streets Across the World 2025 report released by Cushman & Wakefield, considering the Asia-Pacific region alone, Trang Tien street (Hanoi) ranks 18th with an average rental price of about 3, 360 USD/m2/year (equivalent to more than 88.1 million VND/m2/year). This level decreased by about 7% compared to the same period in 2024.

Tuyến phố này hiện quy tụ nhiều quán cà phê, khách sạn, trung tâm thương mại cùng loạt thương hiệu xa xỉ như Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Cartier… Sự góp mặt của các nhãn hàng quốc tế tiếp tục khẳng định vị thế của phố Tràng Tiền như một “điểm đến vàng” của phân khúc bán lẻ cao cấp.

This street currently gathers many cafes, hotels, shopping centers and a series of luxury brands such as Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Cartier... The presence of international brands continues to affirm Trang Tien street's position as a "golden destination" of the high-end retail segment.

Anh Trần Văn Sơn - môi giới cho thuê mặt bằng tại khu vực trung tâm Hà Nội - cho biết tỉ lệ mặt bằng trống trên phố Tràng Tiền đã giảm so với năm ngoái. Dù giá thuê có điều chỉnh giảm, mặt bằng tại khu vực này vẫn thuộc nhóm cao của thị trường.

Mr. Tran Van Son - a land rental broker in Hanoi - said that the proportion of vacant premises on Trang Tien street has decreased compared to last year. Although rental prices have been adjusted down, thanks to its prime location, land rental prices in this area are still among the highest in the market and continue to attract tenants.
