    The townhouse is built on a 126m2 land plot, using concrete and rustic bricks combined with some natural materials such as stone, wood and green trees, creating a tropical breath for the project.

    Không gian lệch tầng kết hợp với việc đảo vế thang giúp tạo nên các khoảng giếng trời lớn nhỏ, các mảng cây xanh len lỏi trên mọi tầng bậc của không gian. Các không gian đều tận dụng 2 nguồn sáng từ phía trước và từ khoảng thông tầng chính giữa ngôi nhà.
    The staggered space combined with the staircase reversal helps create large and small skylights, green patches creeping through all levels of the space. The spaces all take advantage of 2 sources of light from the front and from the main floor space in the middle of the house.

    Mr. Tran Tuan Anh - Design Director of X11 Design Studio said that the design is inspired by paper folds, flexible transitions to create spaces with different tiers, interspersed with vegetation developed vertically of the house.
    Điểm kết phía trên cùng là một mảnh vườn nhỏ. Nơi các thành viên trong gia đình có thể tự tay nuôi dưỡng và chăm sóc cây, thư giãn và tổ chức những bữa tiệc ấm cúng.
    The end point at the top is a small garden. Where family members can personally nurture and care for plants, relax and organize cozy parties.
