    According to Mr. Nam, these are damages caused by weather, not too serious and will be thoroughly handled before the project is handed over. "In the next 1-2 years, the project will still be in the contractor's warranty period. Therefore, when damage arises, the contractor is responsible for prompt handling and repair.
