According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting from 7:00 to 9:00 a.m. on September 29, Ha Giang province will have moderate to heavy rain, such as: Tan Lap 156.6mm, Dong Tam 58mm.

Soil moisture models show that some areas are near saturation or have reached saturation.

Risk of flash floods on small rivers and streams, landslides on steep slopes in the districts of Bac Quang, Hoang Su Phi, Quang Binh, and Vi Xuyen.
