    Tay Ninh - After nearly 30 years of use, Long An Park has been invested about 70 billion VND to renovate and supplement amenities, expected to be completed in May 2028.

    Sau gần 30 năm được đưa vào sử dụng, Công viên Long An - một trong những không gian công cộng lớn tại trung tâm phường Long An, tỉnh Tây Ninh - đang đứng trước kế hoạch cải tạo, nâng cấp với tổng mức đầu tư sơ bộ khoảng 70 tỉ đồng.

    Theo phương án được đề cập trong tài liệu, dự án sẽ triển khai trên diện tích hơn 94.100m², với nhiều hạng mục được đầu tư đồng bộ nhằm tạo diện mạo mới cho công viên, đáp ứng nhu cầu vui chơi, giải trí và sinh hoạt cộng đồng của người dân.

    Cụ thể, các hạng mục được nâng cấp gồm quảng trường, đường nội bộ, hệ thống thoát nước và chiếu sáng. Công viên cũng sẽ được xây mới lan can quanh hồ, lắp đặt camera thông minh, hệ thống loa, ghế nghỉ, chòi nghỉ, thiết bị tập thể dục ngoài trời và mở rộng khu vui chơi trẻ em. Không gian xanh được bổ sung thêm cây xanh, hoa và các mảng cảnh quan, qua đó tạo thêm điểm nhấn cho toàn khu vực.
    Upgraded items include squares, internal roads, drainage and lighting systems. The park will also have new railings around the lake, smart cameras, loudspeaker systems, rest chairs, rest huts, outdoor exercise equipment and expanded children's play area.     Việc cải tạo được đặt ra trong bối cảnh Công viên Long An đã được xây dựng từ năm 1997 và gắn bó với nhiều thế hệ người dân. Sau thời gian dài sử dụng, nhiều hạng mục công trình đã xuống cấp. Đường dạo, hệ thống thoát nước, chiếu sáng và lan can quanh hồ bị hư hỏng ở nhiều vị trí. Trong khi đó, cây xanh, cảnh quan chưa phong phú và các tiện ích phục vụ người dân còn hạn chế.

Bà Nguyễn Thị Thanh Lan (57 tuổi, phường Long An), cho biết người dân mong muốn công viên sau khi được xây dựng, cải tạo sẽ có đầy đủ hạng mục để phục vụ nhiều lứa tuổi, từ trẻ nhỏ đến người lớn tuổi. Bà kỳ vọng sự đổi mới sẽ tạo nên một công viên hoàn thiện, đẹp hơn và trở thành không gian chung của cộng đồng.

    Cùng chung sự kỳ vọng, ông Lý Tấn Hiệp (71 tuổi, xã Thủ Thừa, Tây Ninh) thường xuyên đến tập thể dục và nghỉ chân ở đây, cho biết bản thân rất vui mừng, phấn khởi và mong công trình sớm được khởi công, đồng thời đẩy nhanh tiến độ theo thời gian Nhà nước quy định.

    Ông Võ Hồng Thảo, Chủ tịch UBND phường Long An cho biết địa phương sẽ tập trung rà soát các công trình xây dựng tại công viên để có kiến nghị với UBND tỉnh, nhằm tăng hiệu quả sử dụng khu vực này. Theo kế hoạch, thủ tục đầu tư hoàn thành trong năm 2026, khởi công đầu năm 2027 và thực hiện trong khoảng 420 ngày, đưa công trình vào hoàn thành trong quý II/2028.
    Mr. Vo Hong Thao - Chairman of Long An Ward People's Committee said that the locality will focus on reviewing construction works at the park to make recommendations to the Provincial People's Committee, in order to increase the efficiency of using this area. According to the plan, investment procedures will be completed in 2026, started in early 2027 and implemented in about 420 days, putting the project into completion in the second quarter of 2028.
    Khi hoàn thành, Công viên Long An được kỳ vọng không chỉ góp phần chỉnh trang cảnh quan đô thị tại khu vực trung tâm phường Long An mà còn tạo thêm không gian sinh hoạt cộng đồng, phục vụ tốt hơn nhu cầu vui chơi, giải trí ngày càng cao của người dân, hướng đến xây dựng đô thị văn minh, hiện đại.
    When completed, Long An Park is expected not only to contribute to embellishing the urban landscape in the central area of Long An ward but also to create more community living space, better serving the increasing entertainment needs of people, towards building a civilized and modern city.

    According to the plan, investment procedures are expected to be completed in 2026, then the project will commence in January 2027. The construction time is about 420 days, striving to complete and put into use in May 2028. The preliminary total investment is about 70 billion VND, of which the provincial budget supports 59.5 billion VND, and the rest is local counterpart capital.
