The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has just sent an official dispatch to the Department of Construction and the People's Committee of Kep commune.
Accordingly, considering the proposal of the People's Committee of Kep commune in the document dated November 21, 2025 on adjusting the planning of the urban area for eco-tourism, resorts, sports and entertainment of Ho Cao lake.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province assigned the Department of Construction to preside over: reviewing the content of the proposal of the People's Committee of Kep commune in the above document to ensure compliance with regulations; advising on proposals, reporting to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and decision.
Regarding the above project, in July, the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province issued an official dispatch on receiving the Ministry of National Defense's opinion on the project of the urban tourism, ecological sports resort, entertainment area of Ho Cao Lake - Bac Giang (now Bac Ninh province).
Accordingly, Bac Ninh province assigned the Department of Finance to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to study, synthesize the opinions of the Ministry of National Defense, complete the dossier, and submit to the Provincial People's Committee for approval according to regulations.
In January 2022, the People's Committee of Bac Giang province (old) issued a Decision approving the detailed planning for the construction of the Eco-tourism, resort, sports and entertainment urban area of Ho Cao Lake - Bac Giang, Huong Son commune, Lang Giang district (scale 1/500).
The planning research area is located in the administrative boundary of Huong Son commune, Lang Giang district, Bac Giang province (old), now Bac Ninh province.
The scale of the planning area is about 426.38 hectares. The population of the planning area is about 17,084 people.
The planning research area is an urban area of eco-tourism, resorts, sports, entertainment and functional works at the unit level.
