On the afternoon of February 12, Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan - Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee received and worked with T&T Group Joint Stock Company (T&T Group) to explore investment in Bac Ninh.
Welcoming T&T Group to explore investment in the province, Chairman of Bac Ninh province Vuong Quoc Tuan emphasized that Bac Ninh province has been approved in principle and is striving to become a class I urban area and a centrally-run city by 2027.
Currently, the province's planning space conditions are complete; the province has also been permitted by the Prime Minister to adjust the Provincial Planning for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050, including the addition of the Gia Binh Airport planning, creating a new breakthrough in the province's socio-economic development.
At the meeting, Chairman of T&T Group Do Quang Hien congratulated Bac Ninh province on its achievements in socio-economic development, especially the province's approval to become a centrally-run city.
After researching and surveying the investment needs and potentials and strengths of the province, T&T Group proposed to invest in 3 projects in the province, including: Smart sports and healthcare urban area under the Nam Son zoning plan (Bac Ninh city) with a scale of 1,340 hectares; Spiritual tourism urban area and Tourism service urban area in Tien Du district.
The Group hopes that the province will pay attention and create favorable conditions for the earliest implementation of projects, thereby contributing to creating breakthroughs in socio-economic development.
Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan expressed his support for the investment direction of T&T Group.
At the same time, the investment approach for the Group is to implement the overall project of the medical - sports - urban - service complex Ngoi Con Ten (Nam Son ward, Bac Ninh city) with the desire to create a sports urban area of the province with the scale of a centrally-run city.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province affirmed that the province will have a standing unit to coordinate, support and accompany the Group to implement the next steps in the implementation of projects in the coming time.
