"The story of the Heroic H.63 Intelligence Cluster" are honest, attractive, and emotional stories of the people involved, told by the author, about the intelligence soldiers facing sacrifice, making great contributions to the end of the resistance war against the US to save the country.
The book "The Legend of the Heroic Intelligence Cluster H.63" was translated into Russian by Evdokina Petrunova - a former student of the Department of Orientology - Saint Petersburg National University; the literary editor was Ms. Ida Ivanova Andreeva - Associate Professor of Linguistics, veteran literary editor of the Russian Writers' Association.
The Russian version of the book "The Legend of the Heroic H.63 Intelligence Cluster" by author Nguyen Quang Chanh will be released in April 2025. Previously, the author's Vietnamese version was introduced by Ho Chi Minh City General Publishing House in June 2023.
Within the framework of the 2024 International Book Exhibition in Saint Petersburg (Russia), author Nguyen Quang Chanh included the Vietnamese version of "The Legend of the Heroic H.63 Intelligence Cluster" and "Living to tell the Heroes" in the exhibition. Many Russian readers at that time expressed their desire to read translations of these two books.
At the International Book Exhibition in May 2025, author Nguyen Quang Chanh brought a Russian version of the work "The Story of the Intelligence Cluster of Heroes H.63" (in 2,000 copies) to introduce to Russian readers. This is also the first time a book about Vietnamese intelligence by a Vietnamese author has been published in Russian.
The book was quickly found by Russian readers with the admiration of the legendary intelligence phrase H.63 of Vietnamese defense intelligence; and was reprinted in October 2025 with 3,000 copies to serve Russian readers.
It is known that the Vietnamese version of "The Legend of the Legend of the Heroes" has been reprinted 4 times with more than 10,000 copies in more than 2 years since its launch to readers, and is one of the favorite books of many readers of all ages.
To date, Ho Chi Minh City General Publishing House has published 3 books in Vietnamese by author Nguyen Quang Chanh including: "Heroes Live mai in the hearts of the people" (2020), "The story of the H.63 Heroic Intelligence Cluster" (launched in June 2023), "Living to tell the heroes" (launched in December 2023).
3 Russian books by author Nguyen Quang Chanh were also published and introduced in Hanoi: In early April, the book "The Story of the Intelligence Cluster of Heroes H.63". In early August, the book "The Story of the pilots of the Philippines and Comrades" (edited by Svelana Glazunova); the book "The bold Special Forces of the elite Saigon Villa" was released in October (edited by Vladimir Serbin).
Accordingly, the book "The Legend of the Heroic H.63 Intelligence Cluster" by author Nguyen Quang Chanh will be honored at the 2025 National Award Ceremony for Foreign Information, held on the evening of December 12 in Hanoi, broadcast live on VTV1.
