Shin Kyung-Sook (1963) is known as a South Korean female writer and novelist. After graduating from Seoul Institute of the Arts, she entered the arts.
Shin Kyung-Sook became famous around the world in 2009 with the novel "Care for Your Mother". International copyright of this million-old book has been sold in 19 countries.
