These are 95 workers' party members, representing nearly 400,000 admitted party members - only counted in the 2018 - 2023 term of the Trade Union at all levels.
Each individual is honored as a story, a private life, with different contributions to work and life.
All create a colorful flower garden with " sang tao cay" that benefits hundreds of millions, billions of VND for businesses; exemplary party members, workers, inspiring, taking the lead in work and daily activities...
But more importantly, the workers who were honored in this period are all core members who have matured after joining the Party, as said Mr. Trinh Xuan Hao, Head of the Electricity Department - FPU Dai Hung 01 Plant, operated by the Domestic Petroleum Executive Branch (PVEP-POC).
All of them, in different positions, have made very important contributions to creating a bridge between workers and the Trade Union, especially in FDI enterprises.
Many Party members and workers not only completed their professional tasks excellently, but also proactively participated in trade union activities by improving their skills and knowledge of trade union work for members of the executive committee and heads of trade union groups, actively disseminating the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws to union members.
In particular, many workers' party members such as Ms. H'Chuyen Nie, a worker at Team 2, Cuor Dang Farm, under the Dak Lak Rubber Joint Stock Company Branch, directly propagated and clarified the plots and tricks of hostile forces so that other workers could clearly understand and not listen to bad people.
For many years, developing party members among workers has always been considered one of the important annual political tasks. This is both a responsibility and an honor for the Trade Union system.
Thanks to that, more and more outstanding workers have become party members, demonstrating their pioneering role and being attached to the workers' movement.
The ceremony to honor 95 workers is a particularly meaningful activity, vividly demonstrating the solidarity between the working class and the Party in the journey to protect and care for workers as well as develop the country.
This event is also a boost for workers nationwide to see the importance of solidarity between the Party and workers and the Trade Union. Thereby, affirming the strength of the working class when equipped with revolutionary ideals and strong political will.
