The second case is Ms. Dao Bich Lan, Mao Khe ward, Quang Ninh, with the same electricity bill for 6, 7 and 8.
From Ms. Lan's reflection, the working group of the Dong Trieu Power Management Team conducted an inspection and concluded that the monthly output was correct and that for all 3 months it was 670 kWh, equivalent to 2,169,396 VND, which was a random case.
Through the two cases mentioned above, it shows that the electricity bill for the same months is very unusual.
Every month, activities that use electricity in a household include cooking, watching TV, listening to music, fans, air conditioners, washing machines, computers, charging phones, etc., so it is difficult to match each number.
Not to mention, the weather of each month is different, the need for fans and air conditioners is different.
In addition, at different times, family members have different activities, go on business trips, travel, so they should not use the same types of electrical equipment in the house every month.
Talking to Lao Dong reporter, Mr. Nguyen Thien Chuan said that in the past August, he was often away from home. Cool weather, limit air conditioning use. However, his family's electricity bill last month was still at an unusually high level.
The homeowner himself knows that they use a lot or less electricity at different times, so he will discover the irregularities of the electricity bill that are identical between months.
Many other cases also reflected and remained confused when electricity bills continued to increase - even though their habits and needs for electricity did not change, and they were somewhat more economical.
However, the unit checked and verified the electricity meter belonging to the electricity company, so the answer was "the electricity meter operates normally", "the bills for the same months are random".
Only the electricity company checks, verifies and concludes that it is not convincing, but needs another inspection unit to have an objective and fair answer for electricity customers.
