The consequences and sequelae of stroke and stroke are mostly severe. Usually, we still understand that stroke is a physical problem, due to blockage, atherosclerosis or a blood clot, caused by poor living habits and eating. But there is another equally worrying form of stroke - emotional stroke. It does not kill in a minute, but can cause a soul to "clinically die" for many years.
An emotional stroke can happen due to a major incident, but it can also be caused by small things that accumulate in the long run. A swallowed anger, a single injury was ignored, a series of days "tried to prove fine" despite being tired in the heart. The same mechanism, causing the body to have a stroke, when emotions are suppressed, not circulating, causing the mind to clog the vessels, gradually leading to paralysis, no longer feeling happy, no longer sad.
From a medical perspective, prolonged stress causes the body to continuously secrete cortisol, causing the heart to beat rapidly, blood vessels to constrict, and the brain to lack oxygen. The emotions were also exhausted, leaving the mind "stuck". The paradox is that emotional stroke often occurs in people who seem strong on the outside. They - those who are used to staying calm, used to smiling even when they want to cry - think that restraint is courage, but in fact, it is the fastest way to put themselves in danger.
Preventing emotional strokes requires no medicine, but honesty, to yourself. There needs to be a timely release. Learn to call out emotional names, speak, write, so that the mind can circulate. Sometimes, crying at the right time will be more useful than a thousand words of encouragement, because emotions also need to be "breathed".
The cycle of work and life makes you, at one point, suddenly realize that you are insensitive to everything, just let everything go, do not want to speed up or slow down? If so, do CPR (comb-lingucular resuscitation) for your heart, for your brain, to keep the vibrations that still exist, whether life is favorable or full of thorns.
Because emotions are a big part of life.
