These issues are all aimed at the subject, which is the People.
Exactly 81 years later, also on September 3rd, the National Conference to study, study, thoroughly grasp and implement a number of Resolutions and Directives of the Politburo was also organized with 6 important documents (5 Resolutions, 1 Directive).
The coincidence in time and the number of issues raised is not accidental. This affirms the inheritance and development of the ideology of the Party and President Ho Chi Minh in the process of building the country in the new era.
And most importantly, the People are still the central object and goal of each Resolution and Directive.
Speaking at the closing of the Conference on September 3, General Secretary and President To Lam emphasized: "All 5 Resolutions and 1 Directive form a unified whole in viewpoints and actions. Ideological work, study and practice following Uncle Ho, building a contingent of cadres creates a political, spiritual, ethical, and combative foundation. Developing regions, tourism, and working with overseas Vietnamese expand space, unlock, and connect resources. All together towards improving the Party's leadership and ruling capacity, rapid and sustainable development of the country, and improving people's lives.
Today's conference is not just about thoroughly grasping, but opening up a decisive stage of organizing implementation. Resolution learning should not be considered a procedure, listening and issuing a plan is completed. The value of documents must be reflected in the ability to solve practical problems, creating changes that the People can feel.
The General Secretary and President also affirmed: "The people must participate, benefit and be the ultimate evaluator" and "The value of the resolution must be shown in the lives and beliefs of the people".
To do this well and for Resolutions and Directives to come into life, the consistent requirement is to implement the 6 clear principles: Clear people, clear tasks, clear time, clear responsibilities, clear products, clear authority. At the same time, practical actions link the results with the responsibility of the head, taking the effectiveness and people's trust as a measure.
Along with strategic Resolutions and thematic Resolutions issued by the Politburo from the end of 2024, 6 Resolutions and Directives thoroughly grasped at the recent Conference have shown innovative thinking, long-term vision and high political determination, affirming the truth "national - ethnic interests, legitimate interests of the People are the biggest goal, the highest standard".
