The enemy is at the threshold

These days, a series of things have occurred that make me think about the movie Enemy at the gate. Violation is happening everywhere, from indoors to out of alleys, from the road to the grass, from schools to social networks... The frequency of violent incidents makes society feel overwhelmed with the values of life.

On the professional football pitch, ugly actions still appear, making the image of the national top league unable to improve. In recent years, grassroots football has also been filmed and broadcast more, so that scary movements and behaviors - which people use the concept of "tricks" to justify, are exposed as a hidden corner of playing sports. And it is not only the sport that has a direct conflict that causes collisions and fights, but even net sports such as pickleball have stories of confusing fights.

If playing sports creates a stressful psychology, easily losing control, it can still explain to some extent that the fact that young men, women, and sportsmates are ready to rush at each other like friends, with weapons in hand, is no longer a concern but is at the level of "un peace". One look touches another to cause the heat to splash, one instigation becomes an excuse to "know", to act, to act. Then a minor collision on the road, or just an "irritation" in attitude becomes the reason to treat each other like friends...

All of this makes parents or anyone who leaves home in the morning feel uneasy until they return in the evening. But of course, not only stepping out into the alley, even behind closed doors, there is a situation that society calls "domestic violence". It is terrible and becomes a horror for victims, the obsession of children must witness and is a concern for development when the family is the cell of society.

Many people may have read or heard the story of a father saying at a wedding when taking his daughter to the groom, saying, love yourself. If they can't live together anymore, don't beat him, let your daughter return to him.

It is not only a matter of living to love but also affirms that you are not allowed to be violent towards anyone, under any circumstances. Society needs to compete for development, but cannot turn itself into an enemy...
