Ham Thuan Bac District Police, Binh Thuan Province are verifying and clarifying the case of "nanny beating and kicking children" at a private nursery in the area.
Previously, social media spread information, images of a child with bruises on his body and 3 camera clips of a scene at a daycare facility, showing 2 women hitting the back, putting pillows on their heads, and throwing them onto the mattress... with the children.
This image is said to be at the private kindergarten H.M in Lam Hoa quarter, Ma Lam town, Ham Thuan Bac district.
Images and clips circulating on social media show child abuse occurring at a brutal level.
It is worth noting that this is not the first time society has witnessed such inhumane acts. And such acts are being discovered with increasing frequency.
This shows that, despite the involvement and strict handling of cases discovered in localities in recent times, even a nanny was sentenced to life in prison for abusing a 6-month-old baby to death, child abuse cases at private daycare facilities are still taking place quietly until discovered.
And the question is, how many more similar cases are going on in the dark, and how many more children are suffering physical and mental trauma that we don't know about?
This also shows that the management of childcare facilities, especially private ones, is lacking in strictness, leaving serious loopholes, leading to many private childcare facilities operating with poor facilities, lacking qualified human resources, and more importantly, lacking love and responsibility for children.
Being a nanny or preschool teacher is more than just a job. It is a profession that requires genuine love.
Although we know that teachers are facing a lot of pressure from work, low income, harsh working environment and many disadvantages.
However, these pressures lead to violence, injury, and danger to children, which cannot be accepted or justified. Because child abuse is not only an immoral act but also a crime.
“A teacher is like a gentle mother” as we often hear, is first and foremost the image of a preschool teacher, a nanny. Therefore, teachers who raise children, if they do not have a heart and truly love children, should not go to preschool, should not practice raising children, or they will harm themselves and others!
