Emulation work among workers and civil servants, especially in large projects, has become an important foundation for success in socio-economic development. Not only in transportation projects and infrastructure construction, but also in other fields such as energy and industry, workers clearly demonstrate their role in improving productivity, efficiency and work quality. Emulation movements such as "Good workers - Creative workers" or "Green - Clean - Beautiful, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene" not only attract a large number of workers to participate but also directly affect work efficiency and product quality.
In the context of rapid and sustainable development, large projects require an even stronger competitive spirit from workers. Each worker, engineer, and builder is clearly aware of their responsibility for the work, because each project is closely linked to the overall development of the country.
The projects that have been inaugurated, are under construction and will continue to be implemented in the future not only require the spirit of "overcoming the sun - overcoming the rain" to meet progress but also pose very high requirements for quality. Therefore, workers themselves must improve their quality.
Workers must affirm their spirit of openness to learning, eager to learn, along with always being creative in their work to create new values in each project and project. Especially in the current digital transformation era, workers need to quickly adapt to new technology, apply technology in work to increase labor productivity and construction quality.
Trade unions, as a bridge between workers and enterprises, need to continue to promote emulation movements, create creative playgrounds, and help workers maximize their abilities. At the same time, it is necessary to take care of the material and spiritual lives of workers so that they can work with peace of mind and devote themselves to work. Activities such as Tet Sum Vay, 0 Dong Booths, housing support for workers or advanced charity programs such as Vinh Quang Vietnam, Outstanding Enterprise for Workers... are clear evidence of the deep concern of the Trade Union organization for the lives of workers.
Workers are the main driving force for Vietnam to rise strongly. When workers are aware of their roles and responsibilities and make continuous efforts, emulation movements will be more effective and more substantial.
