In the period of 2020-2025, the patriotic emulation and creative labor emulation movements have been strongly innovated by Petrovietnam Trade Union, becoming an important driving force to promote the intelligence, sense of responsibility and enthusiasm of workers.
In the context of the whole Group moving towards major political events such as the 50th anniversary of Petrovietnam's establishment and Party Congresses at all levels, emulation movements are synchronously deployed by Petrovietnam Trade Union, closely following the production and business tasks of each unit, creating a widespread influence throughout the system.
Outstanding movements such as "Good workers - Creative workers", "Petrovietnam Innovation", competing to complete management plans and compete on key projects have promoted thousands of initiatives and technical improvements each year.
In particular, the "Petrovietnam Innovation" program has achieved many outstanding results: in 2024, it recorded 3,432 creative products (exceeding 268% of the target), with a profit value of nearly VND 8,000 billion; By November 2025, there were 1,451 more products with nearly VND 11,300 billion in profit.
A total of 4,883 products were achieved in two years, approaching the target of 5,000 products by 2028, affirming a strong influence throughout the system.
Emulation movements are maintained regularly, each year recording thousands of practical solutions, contributing to cost optimization, quality improvement, ensuring safety and production efficiency.
