Efforts to ensure that all members and workers have a full Tet holiday

Hoàng Văn Minh |

This year, Trade Union organizations at all levels continue to realize the determination "so that all union members and workers can have a full Tet" with meaningful and humane programs and activities, especially in remote and mountainous areas.

Typically, in Son La province, one of the mountainous localities in the Northwest covered with clouds all year round, the Provincial Federation of Labor (FFL) has launched many large-scale programs, bringing a warm Tet to more than 5,600 union members and workers in difficult circumstances.

The programs "Tet Reunion", "Tet Market of Trade Union" or practical Tet gifts have contributed to dispelling the bitter cold and lighting up the fire of human warmth.

What is valuable is that the way the Provincial Federation of Labor provides support does not stop at simply giving gifts. They have listened to and understood the concerns of workers when their salaries are not enough to cover expenses, their children are of school age, their homesickness aches every spring... in order to provide timely, appropriate, and appropriate assistance to the right people.

Not only stopping at mountainous or remote areas, the Trade Union organization also reaches out to "station islands" in the middle of vast mountains and hills or coastal wilderness - places where workers' lives are still full of hardship and deprivation.

Looking at the big picture, this year's Tet At Ty 2025 will certainly become more meaningful when union members and workers "everyone has Tet" is not just a slogan, but is gradually becoming a reality in every region of the country - from the highlands of the Northwest, the sunny Central region to the Mekong Delta.

Obviously, in addition to the attention of local authorities, enterprises and trade unions at all levels are increasingly playing an important role in ensuring and improving the welfare of union members and workers.

These efforts not only mark progress in terms of policy and scale of operations, but also arouse the spirit of solidarity and sharing, so that everyone can celebrate Tet with complete joy.

The encouraging thing is that when employees feel this understanding and support, they will be more motivated to stick with their jobs and contribute more.

A new year promises to open before our eyes and in the spring morning light, the image of workers in remote, mountainous and disadvantaged areas enjoying the warm aroma of Tet has become a beautiful symbol of humanity.

Hopefully, the effort of the Trade Union organization to "ensure that all union members and workers have a Tet holiday" will continue to spread, so that from now on, every Lunar New Year will truly be a Tet of reunion for everyone, every family.
