The high school graduation exam is extremely important for candidates, those who have made a new turning point in their journey to become a book example. The education sector and localities are highly focused on ensuring the exam is successful with the highest quality.

The representative of the education sector's leadership assessed that the 2025 high school exam is the first exam implemented according to the 2018 general education program.

In the spirit of reform, the exam program must be designed in the direction of comprehensively testing students' abilities, eliminating rote learning, distance learning, and learning. Therefore, the results of the exam are the basis for evaluating the training quality of the new general education program.

This year's exam also took place in the context of implementing the arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus, organizing local governments at 2 levels nationwide. Localities are racing against work, improving personnel, and operating activities of communes and wards according to the new model, but are still focusing on organizing exams. Absolutely cannot be used as a excuse for the need to reorganize the government at 2 levels to make mistakes.

Please note, since October 2024, the Prime Minister has issued Directive No. 37/CT-TTg on strengthening exam direction. In May 2025, the Prime Minister issued two Official Dispatches No. 58 and 61 directing to ensure that the exam is organized smoothly, seriously and thoughtfully.

To be smooth, serious, and thoughtful, the stages must be ready, the units must comply with the regulations, procedures, and exam instructions. Individuals assigned tasks must prepare to meet professional requirements and work with the highest sense of responsibility.

Remember at the 2022 high school graduation exam, a candidate got a score of 0 in English subject due to sleeping in the exam room, public opinion thought that the supervisor was insensitive when he did not call the candidate up. This is an example of a sense of responsibility that exam preparation staff must pay attention to.

As for students, they have been carefully prepared by the school, teachers, and parents for the exam. Enter the exam room with confidence, no pressure, no stress, especially absolutely honestness, no breach of exam regulations.

In the digital age, the education sector and localities need to make the most of technical tools and technology applications to operate and check stages of an exam, minimizing manual implementation. When using technology applications, there will be accurate, fair and scientific results.

Everything is ready, the exam must achieve safety, seriousness, smoothness, and quality goals.
