The locality must organize official vehicles to pick up and drop off cadres and civil servants from Kon Tum to Quang Ngai and vice versa. Reducing the number of staff members who have to travel will save time and costs.
Therefore, at the meeting to deploy the merger of the two provinces of Quang Ngai - Kon Tum on May 11, the Standing Committees of the Provincial Party Committees of the two provinces agreed to establish a second facility after the merger in Kon Tum City for convenient operation.
According to the Quang Ngai Department of Finance, there are currently 1,011 cadres, civil servants and workers in Kon Tum province affected by the merger of provinces, of which 116 are under the management of the Standing Committee; the remaining cadres, civil servants and workers are 985 people.
The two localities have a plan to renovate and repair the facility to build public housing for officials and civil servants. Another thing is to organize a bus to pick up and drop off officials and civil servants moving between the two localities, expected to start at 3am.
The work must be done, the staff and civil servants must comply with the arrangement of accommodation and travel, but the majority have the desire to stabilize or limit disruption. Because, in addition to work, there are family activities, taking children to school, and taking care of their elderly parents.
Therefore, the agreement between Quang Ngai and Kon Tum to organize a second facility after the merger in Kon Tum is very suitable for reality and meets the aspirations of cadres and civil servants.
Setting up a second facility in Kon Tum, will recruit a number of cadres and civil servants to work on the spot, without having to return to Quang Ngai. With the current conditions of machinery and technology application, there are many tasks performed online and digitized, it is not necessary to move staff to a single location.
Setting up a second facility in Kon Tum not only reduces the number of cadres and civil servants who have to move, but also creates convenience for people in state-civil relations. When carrying out documents and procedures, Kon Tum residents have to directly contact the facility 2, not having to travel 200 km to Quang Ngai, which is both time-consuming and costly for accommodation and travel.
Quang Ngai and Kon Tum have a second basis, many other localities should also refer to it for implementation. Organizing the operation of the administrative apparatus scientifically and appropriately, meeting the aspirations of cadres and civil servants and serving the people better is worth it.
