On May 11, the Department of Finance of Quang Ngai province said it had sent the Provincial People's Committee a plan to arrange and assign public housing to officials after the merger of provinces. Therefore, the total proposed additional budget is 7 billion VND.

According to the Department of Finance, most of the houses and land that need to be renovated and repaired have deteriorated, leading to large repair costs, long implementation time and complicated workload. For the repair of works in service of non -business activities, proposing to assign the Management Board of Investment Projects to build civil works in charge and coordinate with the Department of Construction and the Department of Finance to organize the implementation of the order and procedures to renovate and repair the above facilities. On the basis of the proposal of the Management Board of the Investment Project on construction of civil works, assigning the Department of Finance to balance and advise the arrangement of appropriate funding sources.
