Thục Quyên |

The Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Casablanca - Tan Thinh Joint Stock Company (Bac Giang province) has just organized a periodic health check-up for 573 union members and employees.

At the program, all union members and workers had their blood pressure measured, eyesight checked, teeth-jaw-face checked, hearing tested, gynecological examination, blood and urine tests, heart rate measurement, ultrasound...

Union members and workers also listened to doctors and nurses give advice on knowledge and skills to take care of their own health. This is the second health check for union members and workers in the company in 2024 and is one of the terms clearly stipulated in the company's collective labor agreement.

Periodic health check-ups are one of the activities that demonstrate the care for the life, material and spiritual life of employees of the Company's Trade Union Executive Board, helping them feel secure in their attachment and dedication to the company's production activities, contributing significantly to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations, helping the enterprise achieve and exceed its goals and plans.

This is also an activity to affirm the role and position of the Trade Union organization in caring for, representing, protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members, workers and laborers.
