50 grams of black beans, 15 grams of dried longan, 80 grams of millet, 4 red apples, a little rock sugar.

How to prepare:

Soak black beans for at least 4 hours until softened. Wash the gourds, drain. Wash red apples, remove seeds. Wash dried longans quickly with warm water to remove dirt.

Put black beans in a pot with enough water, bring to a boil and reduce to low heat, simmer for about 30 minutes until the beans are soft. Continue to add millet and red dates, cook for about 20 more minutes until the millet seeds expand and the porridge thickens.

Finally, add dried longan, cook for another 10 minutes. Season with rock sugar to taste, stir until dissolved, then turn off the heat, let it rest for about 5 minutes before serving.

How to prepare:

Soak black beans for about 3 hours. Cut pork ribs into bite-sized pieces, blanch in boiling water with a few slices of ginger to deodorize, then wash and drain.

Marinate ribs with salt, soy sauce, ginger and scallions for about 15 minutes to absorb the spices. Arrange ribs on a plate, spread evenly the soaked black beans and goji berries on top.

Boil water in a steamer, put a plate of ribs in and steam over high heat for about 35 minutes until the ribs are soft and the tofu is buttery.
