1. unclear chest pain
Severe pain is not a sign of myocardial infarction. According to AHA, a feeling of tightness, chest heaviness, ringling pain or burning in the mid- chest area that lasts for a few minutes or appears and disappears are typical signs.
2. Unusual shortness of breath, fatigue
A study by the Journal of the American Heart Association said that women may experience symptoms of shortness of breath, fatigue or sweating a lot without feeling breast pain. This is often mistaken for stress or burnout.
3. Feeling nauseous and pain in other locations
Mayo Clinic warns: pain spreads to the left arm, neck, back or jaw; accompanied by nausea, dizziness are common symptoms especially in the elderly.
