Papaya
Papaya can be used as a mask and exfoliate. Papaya contains a fruit acid called alpha-hydroxy acid, which exfoliates by removing dull and dead cells. This exposes healthy cells and increases collagen production.
Directions: Add a few cooked papaya pieces to a bowl, crush and apply to clean skin. wait for 15 minutes for papaya to work, then gently remove the dead skin cells in a circular motion for one or two minutes to remove the dead skin. Wash the mask with water at normal temperature; do not use soap.
Yogurt
Yogurt contains lactic acid, which helps to fade dark spots. Use as a mask and exfoliate.
Directions: Take two tablespoons of organic yogurt, one tablespoon of honey and one and a half tablespoons of oatmeal. Mix well and apply to clean skin. leave it for 10 minutes, exfoliate in a gentle circular motion with your fingertips and rinse with water.
Use skin-friendly almond, olive oil or apricot to moisturize later. If these oils are not suitable for you, use a moisturizer that feels comfortable to you.
Tomatoes
Tomatoes help remove dead skin cells; prevent dark skin and provide your body with natural retinol.
Directions: Grind a small clean tomato. Apply to face and rinse with warm water after 10 minutes.
