In July 2026, the People's Committee of Bac Nha Trang ward responded to citizens' contents regarding the list of priority subjects entitled to free health check-ups in the area.
Previously, on the information portal of Khanh Hoa province, a citizen in Bac Nha Trang ward said that after receiving a notice about the free health check-up program for priority subjects, this citizen looked up a list of 3,486 people publicly announced on the Facebook page of Bac Nha Trang Ward People's Committee.
However, despite many searches, this person still could not find the names of the couple, even though both were people with meritorious services to the revolution.
Citizens also believe that the publicly disclosed list has not been arranged scientifically.
Specifically, the list is not classified in alphabetical order, by street name or by priority group, making it difficult to look up.
From there, citizens proposed to review and create more favorable conditions for people when accessing policies.
Responding to this content, Mr. Le Xuan Huy - Vice Chairman of Bac Nha Trang Ward People's Committee - said that to implement the plan for periodic health check-ups or free screening for people in the ward in 2026, the locality has assigned the Ward Health Station to be the focal point for summarizing the list and notifying priority subjects according to the plan.
According to Mr. Huy, in order to facilitate people's travel, the Ward Health Station has distributed the list according to the areas of the old communes and wards.
However, due to the large number of subjects in the area, shortcomings are inevitable, and the list arrangement is not really scientific, causing difficulties for people in the process of searching as reflected.
The People's Committee of Bac Nha Trang ward received and thanked the citizens for their contributions.
At the same time, it has requested relevant units to seriously learn from experience, urgently inspect, review, and supplement the entire list related to it, and at the same time rearrange the list according to the name and group of subjects to make it more convenient for people to look up information," Mr. Le Xuan Huy said.
