Optimal plan for seriously ill patients
Before the information that the hospital will be transferred to its original state from the Ministry of Health to the Nghe An Provincial People's Committee for management, Meritorious Doctor - CKII Doctor Truong Quang Vu, Deputy Director in charge of the hospital - said: "The hospital team strictly complies with all decisions of competent authorities. In case of being transferred to Nghe An province for management, professional activities, treatment and patient care will still take place normally".
Currently, Quynh Lap Central Dermatology and Phong Hospital is in charge of disease prevention and control for 5 northern Central provinces (from Thanh Hoa to Hue City). The hospital is treating 139 phong patients on an inpatient basis, including 30 cases of particularly severe illness, disability, and even cases with mental disorders, requiring special and long-term medical care.

According to Dr. Truong Quang Vu, many patients have been attached to the hospital for decades, no longer have relatives, and consider this a second home. Therefore, in the case of transferring to Nghe An province for management, the hospital hopes that the subjects of special inpatients will continue to be kept intact to continue to be cared for and treated at facilities with sufficient professional qualifications, human resources and appropriate equipment.
It will be the most optimal and humane solution, both ensuring the rights of patients and stabilizing the medical staff who have been involved in the treatment of impetigo for many years - the Deputy Director in charge of the hospital emphasized.
More than half a century of caring for people with emphysema

With great contributions, the Central Phong - Dermatology Hospital of Quynh Lap has been awarded many noble awards by the Party and State such as the First, Second, and Third Class Labor Medals; the Third Class Independence Medal and the title of Labor Hero of the renovation period.
Regardless of management level, the collective of cadres and doctors here still shares the same wish: continue the mission of treating, caring for and bringing a peaceful life to the sick patients - the people who were "born a second time" here.
