Gently start with warm lemon and honey water, which helps cleanse the digestive system and increase metabolism.

Don't forget egg protein, Greek yogurt or soybeans are great choices to help you feel full longer and control blood sugar.

Incorporating fiber from green vegetables, oats or fruits is not only good for digestion but also supports weight loss and maintains energy throughout the morning.

Long-term harmful effects of skipping breakfast

Not eating breakfast regularly disrupts the biological clock, leading to irregular eating, easily craving sweets and fast food. This creates a vicious cycle between poor diet - bureaucracy - weight gain, and then continuing to skip meals, Dr. Kohli analyzed.

In addition, skipping breakfast can also slow down your metabolism, making it difficult for your body to burn energy, thereby accumulating more fat, especially in the abdomen, areas at high risk of heart disease and diabetes.
