The Ministry of National Defense issued Decision No. 2132/QD-BQP revoking 2 practicing licenses (practicing certificates) for medical examination and treatment of individuals.

According to the Ministry of National Defense's Electronic Information Portal on May 4, the Ministry of National Defense has just issued Decision No. 2132/QD-BQP revoking 2 practicing licenses (practicing certificates) for medical examination and treatment of individuals.

The reason for revoking the practicing license for medical examination and treatment is that the practitioner voluntarily requests the revocation of the practicing license.

Individuals named in this Decision are not allowed to practice medical examination and treatment from April 29, 2026 in any form and are only allowed to continue practicing when competent authorities permit:

1. Nurse Trinh Thi Thao, unit: Military Hospital 175; License number: QY030101 issued by the Ministry of National Defense on December 31, 2020; scope of practice: Performing professional tasks of Nursing.

2. Doctor Tran Van Sinh, unit: Air Defense - Air Force Service; License number: 180278 issued by the Ministry of National Defense on September 7, 2016; scope of practice: General medical examination and treatment.
