The Ministry of National Defense issued Decision No. 2131/QD-BQP revoking 8 Medical Examination and Treatment Operation Licenses of medical examination and treatment facilities.

According to the Ministry of National Defense's Electronic Information Portal on May 4, the Ministry of National Defense has just issued Decision No. 2131/QD-BQP revoking 8 Medical Examination and Treatment Operation Licenses of medical examination and treatment facilities.

The reason for revoking the Medical Examination and Treatment Operation License is that the medical examination and treatment facility voluntarily requested to revoke the Operation License.

Medical examination and treatment facilities named in this Decision are not allowed to conduct medical examination and treatment activities from April 29, 2026 in any form and are only allowed to continue medical examination and treatment activities when competent authorities permit:

1. Yen Bai Provincial Military Command/Military Region 2 Infirmary; Operating License number: 0718 issued by the Ministry of National Defense on July 11, 2017; Organization form: Infirmary.

2. Infirmary 24/Lao Cai Provincial Military Command/Military Region 2; Operating License number: 0706 issued by the Ministry of National Defense on October 1, 2024; Organization form: Infirmary.

3. Military Hospital of Kon Tum Provincial Military Command/Military Region 5; Operating License number: 1010 issued by the Ministry of National Defense on January 21, 2025; Organization form: Hospital.

4. Ninh Thuan Provincial Military-Civilian Medical Center/Military Region 5; Operating License number: 1004 issued by the Ministry of National Defense on December 31, 2020; Organization form: Infirmary.

5. Phu Yen Provincial Military Command/Military Region 5 Hospital; Operating License number: 1011 issued by the Ministry of National Defense on November 14, 2023; Organization form: Hospital.

6. Binh Thuan Provincial Military Command/Military Region 7 Hospital; Operating License number: 1107 issued by the Ministry of National Defense on November 28, 2022; Organization form: Hospital.

7. Military Hospital of Ba Ria - Vung Tau Provincial Military Command/Military Region 7; Operating License number: 1106 issued by the Ministry of National Defense on December 29, 2023; Organizational form: Hospital.

8. H23 Hospital of the Military Command of Lam Dong province/Military Region 7; Operating License number: 1125 issued by the Ministry of National Defense on July 6, 2018; Organization form: Hospital.
